Clear product photosInclude the complete item, nameplate, connectors and any damage. Do not crop out labels or mounting details.
Application detailsFor identification or alternatives, include machine type, function, voltage, signal and compatibility constraints.

View all FAQs
Can I put several brands and product types in one enquiry?
Yes. List one model and quantity per line. Include the preferred condition and destination once for the complete request.
What if I do not know the complete part number?
Send clear photos of the nameplate, complete unit and connectors, plus dimensions and application details. We can first review which information is still missing.
Can you supply an alternative to an obsolete component?
Possible alternatives may be reviewed, but they must be separated from an exact match. Final compatibility and machine changes must be approved by the customer or responsible engineer.
Do all products include functional testing?
No. Inspection and testing depend on the product, condition and quoted supply option. Any required functional test, certificate or report should be specified before ordering.
Can you arrange international delivery?
Available methods depend on destination, product type, weight, dimensions and local restrictions. Provide the complete delivery location for a relevant option.
What information will appear in the quotation?
The quotation should identify the part number, quantity, stated condition, pricing, availability or lead information, shipping terms and any important exclusions.
