How we can help

Six services built around industrial part requirements

Each request starts with the exact model, application and delivery need—not a generic catalogue answer.

Service details

What each service actually includes

Clear scope, useful inputs and a defined output make an industrial enquiry easier to review.

RFQ

Parts Sourcing

For maintenance teams, machine builders and buyers who need one component or several brands in a single request.

Send usPart numbers, quantities, acceptable condition and destination.

We reviewExact-model availability, stated condition and possible alternatives where information is available.

Useful photosFront, rear, connectors, nameplate and any model or serial label.
Useful detailsDimensions, voltage, input/output type, mounting and where the part is used.

Prepare your enquiry

Five details that prevent delays

You do not need all five to contact us, but every confirmed detail improves the review.

Manufacturer & part number

Copy every letter, number, space and suffix from the label. A small suffix can indicate a different voltage or configuration.

Quantity & condition

Tell us how many units are needed and whether new, used or refurbished options can be considered.

Clear product photos

Include the complete item, nameplate, connectors and any damage. Do not crop out labels or mounting details.

Application details

For identification or alternatives, include machine type, function, voltage, signal and compatibility constraints.

Destination & timing

State the delivery country, postal code and required date so the enquiry reflects the real shipping need.

Service questions

What customers usually ask before sending an RFQ

If your situation is different, send the model information you have. The enquiry can be clarified before a quotation is prepared.

View all FAQs
Can I put several brands and product types in one enquiry?

Yes. List one model and quantity per line. Include the preferred condition and destination once for the complete request.

What if I do not know the complete part number?

Send clear photos of the nameplate, complete unit and connectors, plus dimensions and application details. We can first review which information is still missing.

Can you supply an alternative to an obsolete component?

Possible alternatives may be reviewed, but they must be separated from an exact match. Final compatibility and machine changes must be approved by the customer or responsible engineer.

Do all products include functional testing?

No. Inspection and testing depend on the product, condition and quoted supply option. Any required functional test, certificate or report should be specified before ordering.

Can you arrange international delivery?

Available methods depend on destination, product type, weight, dimensions and local restrictions. Provide the complete delivery location for a relevant option.

What information will appear in the quotation?

The quotation should identify the part number, quantity, stated condition, pricing, availability or lead information, shipping terms and any important exclusions.

Ready to start?

Send the part number. We will start with the exact requirement.

One component, a nameplate photo or a full industrial parts list are all valid starting points.
